Return Policy
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and final sale items cannot be returned. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. If the original form of payment has expired at the time a refund for a return is processed, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided, regardless of the date the order is placed.
Due to varying processing times between payment providers, refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account.
If a return exception is made for an order past 30 days, a store credit will be issued and a refund will not be provided.

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
Await Credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note. Refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please contact help@doodleandhatch.com.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges, but we will always try to be as accommodating as possible. Please feel free to contact help@doodleandhatch.com.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items).

Damages and Issues
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.
